Shuttle X27D Barebone: New in PCGH Test Lab

Shuttle's X27D has an Intel Atom 330 dual-core 1.6 GHz processor. The mainboard with an Intel 945GC chipset offers one IDE and two SATA interfaces. One DDR2 module can be installed.

The compact X27D comes with connections for PS/2 keyboard and mouse, D sub and DVI-D, stereo speakers, microphone and audio line-in/line-out on the back. Additional four USB 2.0 devices and a network cable can be connected. On the front you find another two USB 2.0 ports and a headset socket.

The Shuttle barebone provides an external 60 Watt power supply. A slimline optical drive and a 2.5-inch hard drive have space in an aluminium frame below the case cover.
