Alienware introduces M17 Gaming Notebook with HD3870 Crossfire

The CPU of the new Alienware M17 notebook starts with a Core 2 Duo P8400 with 2.26 GHz and can be upgraded with a Quadcore QX9300 at extra charge of 1,114 Euro.

For extra 232 Euro the single Radeon HD3870 can be replaced by a Dual GPU solution with two HD3870 chips. For another 186 Euro the 2 GByte DD3 RAM can be doubled.


If the consumer chooses all optional upgrades concerning software and hardware components the price of 1,299.48 Euro for the basis configuration rises up to more than 5,000 Euro.
