Although Intel kept a tight lip about the clock speeds of the systems, but there is concrete evidence that a 650 watt power supply is enough to keep a system running. When the hardware intensive media viewer "Deep Viewer” was started, the clock speed had been visible for a brief moment: almost 4 GHz with four cores respectively eight Threads. This system was running with two SSDs, an air cooled Geforce 8800 GT and an Antec 650 watt power supply.
