All of the cards share the256 bit memory interface, 112 ALUs, DX 10 support and SLI compatibility. The differences can be found with the memory equipment, clock speeds and cooling solution.
Two cards are clocked with
Nvidia's default values, have 512 MiByte VRAM and are cooled by two different dual slot cooling solutions. Four models, with almost identical cooling solutions, have different clock speeds. They are set to 660 Megahertz for the core and 950 Megahertz for the video memory. Another model has the same frequencies but a different cooling solution: it is equipped with the aluminum version of the
Zalman VF1000.
The flagship of the new array is the
N9800GT-T2D1G-OC. With 1,024 MiByte VRAM, clocked to 900 Megahertz, are placed on the board. The core is set to 660 Megahertz. The cooler that is used, is similar to the Quadro design and uses four heatpipes.
